Are you operating a business or organisation that wants to sell or supply alcohol, provide regulated entertainment or provide late night refreshment in England and Wales?
 

If so, you must have a licence (or other authorisation) from a licensing authority - usually your local council.

We will make an initial assessment of the site where a new Premises Licence is required and produce an in-depth report prior to considering an application. Once client instructions have been agreed, we negotiate with the Responsible Authorities and other parties to achieve a bespoke solution for your business ensuring support for the Licensing Objectives.

How We Help You To Obtain Your Personal Licence
Anyone who plans to sell or supply alcohol or authorise the sale or supply of alcohol must apply for a personal licence. We will assist you to apply for a personal license and any necessary changes or updates required.

Temporary Event Notice
​We carry out an initial assessment and facilitate the giving of notices. We will also carry out the necessary negotiation with your local authorities.
 
Club Premises Certificate
Qualifying members’ clubs (such as the Royal British Legion, working men’s clubs and rugby clubs) need to apply for a club premises certificate if they plan to supply alcohol.  We handle the application and assessment to support the club and satisfy the local authorities.
