ISO 9001 – A Quality Management System to differentiate us as a supplier

 
Executive Summary
Onefix Media are a full-service recruitment agency who assist clients with all aspects of the recruitment process, from how and where to attract the best candidates through to ensuring clients engage with top talent. 
 
Onefix Media seeks to provide the best advice and an unrivalled service to all clients it works with and to save them both time and money on their recruitment processes.
The Challenge
The company provide a professional and ethical service to clients. In order to demonstrate the intentions of the company the management team regularly analyse customer feedback, internal performance data, financial and business performance data to ensure that their quality objectives are being met.
 
With an ever-increasing focus on quality both within Onefix and by their clients, gaining certification to the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System (QMS) had been something the company had been keen to achieve.  Policy led processes were already in place, but the team knew that gaining ISO 9001 would formalise those and provide the validation necessary.
 
The Solution 
At first, the integration of ISO 9001 into the organisation seemed like a large undertaking. However, engaging with Chapter Three and working with their 12-step implementation plan and suite of implementation tools made the process much simpler than we were initially expecting.
 
The Results 
“With the help of C3C we passed the UKAS certification audit the first time.
 
C3C provided training for all employees and culturally it has proved a beneficial exercise as everyone within the organisation is on board and clearly understand the benefits.
 
With more of our clients and prospects now asking for ISO 9001 certification as a prerequisite it is an important part of our evolution and demonstrates our commitment to quality in all we do.”
